L shaped lounge with coffee table, electric fire, flat screen TV with built in DVD player. Small collection of DVDs and books. Includes make up bed for 1 adult or 2 children duvets and pillows. Please bring your own covers.
Dining table with 4 chairs
Bedroom 1 with double bed, cupboards over and wardrobe opposite plus TV. Duvets and pillows. Please bring your own covers.
Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, storage over and wardrobe opposite. Duvets and pillows. Please bring your own covers.
Bathroom with wash basin and shower accessible from main corridor and bedroom 1.
Separate toilet and wash basin accessible from main corridor.
Gas central heating
Patio area with table and 6 chairs and parasol. Charcoal barbecue.
Parking for 1 car.
